I've been a photographer for quite a while (I'd say over a decade, but I don't want to age myself).
Throughout the years, photography has changed.
Editing styles have changed.
The way people perceive getting professional pictures has changed (can we say, iPhone photos?).
But the one thing that has survived over the years is the idea of an authentic photo. Candid photos will always and forever be my favorite types of photos to take. Those stolen moments from time are little snippets into your real life and those are the pictures I love to take.

authenticityLets get real. I don't need to talk you into getting photos taken. You're already here. You already know you need them.
What I think you should know is that the relationship you have with your photographer is what actually determines the outcome of the photos.
Does that mean I'll only work harder if we're friends? No. What it does mean is that I want to get to know you, your preferences, and your personality before we start clicking away on photo day.
