The beautiful farmhouse studio is 16 feet by 16 feet. It has a barn door on one side and another side with a craftsman style door and two windows with flower boxes. Inside, you'll find a modern gray and white kitchen, cozy living room space, and plenty of room to move around in.

This little cottage studio is in the Alvin, Texas area near Froberg Farms. The exact location will be provided at booking.

Yes! There's only one renter allowed at a time, so the area is yours during your scheduled time.

Absolutely! You are welcome to bring any props you might need to the studio, just keep in mind that all setup and take down must be done within your allotted time frame. We do allow items to be hung from the wall, but please only use damage-free command hooks. We want to keep our walls looking nice and hole-free for everyone!

This kitchen is ready to get cookin'! We've got running water, an induction burner (so make sure to bring cast iron or stainless steel pots and pans), and a convection toaster oven (it fits up to a quarter sheet pan or 13x9 baking dish). There is no refrigerator or microwave.

This studio was designed with two ideas in mind - for the natural light photographers, you can open the barn doors and let all of those glorious rays in. We also have studio lighting available for rent for $40 a day and we'll help you get it set up and show you how to use it.

We love pets around here! In fact, you can see our dogs and ducks around the property. Because of this, please bring your pets in on leashes until they enter the studio. There is a pet fee of $25 that you must add upon booking. We ask that you please be respectful and clean up any mess your pet makes and alert us if any damage has been done. If any animal will be on any furniture piece, we require you to lay down a blanket first.

After you pull into the driveway and come through the gate, you'll drive straight until the driveway turns and park in front of the brown shop building. Just follow the walkway over to the little gray & white studio.
